MBA Fresher

Are you an MBA Fresher?? Masters of Business Administration in Hr, Marketing, Finance, Biotech,Operations, etc. You are..or you must have been at one point of time... so read this...
Two years of presentations,tests,activities where adrenaline and concentration dwindled by the passing semesters.I do not know what all management guru's said or do not remember how to balance a balance sheet(well i never knew how to)!!The only thing you want now " A JOB"or "THE JOB"!
Remember 1st semester; first bench, high concentration levels, studying for internals, interesting discussions, accounts, marketing, exams!
2nd semester;avoiding the first few benches, sleeping during presentations(courtesy: LCD screens and switched off lights),damning the teachers, finance, market research,internships,fest, exams!
3rd sem; yeah,the same old stuff, a new classroom, canteen, football field, damning the course , interantional marketing,exams!
4th sem; ahh!last bench definitely, u know how to bunk classes and get away with low attendance by now.
They did promise you a Job, didn't they? They might even offer you one at the end of year! But we are at the end of an era today, its not just the year always that is slipping away!Don't grab this job that gives you a lot of money. Seize the moment, when you are young! Explicitly now is the time to find your bait! Don't chase the Job! Find what you would like and dream on! (Written on 13-02-2010; "And I never followed this, Hope you do!")
